Future Diligence & Risk Assessment

For your potential acquisitions, I perform a behavior analysis from two perspectives:

  • The health and fitness of your own company to integrate an acquisition.  Ideally, this analysis and any corrective action happens before work on a specific transaction.
  • The health and fitness of the target company, identifying the risks to effective integration and post-acquisition performance.  Ideally, this analysis is completed prior to deal close, with the information used to create the integration plan.

In the process, hidden costs impacting the valuation of the deal may be revealed.

 

Integration Planning

Design Workshops drive the creation of Integration Plans with key persons from both your company and if possible the targeted company.  The integration plan in at least a high level framework ideally is completed prior to closing of the deal.

 

Integration Implementation Support

Implementing the steps of the roadmap will be the responsibility of your people.  I will give them coaching and guidance as they may need to help them effectively implement.

To have a clear view of what’s working and what’s not, and adjust quickly if needed, I can facilitate After Action Reviews with the implementation team on a weekly basis over the first 100 days post-deal close.
