Some of the initiatives I’ve helped companies with over the years include:

  • Developing strategy by focusing on a more effective process to make sense of data and external/internal circumstances, having better conversations, involving more people and points of view, and generating shared meaning amongst leaders; creating and implementing a framework and tools to communicate and implement strategy effectively to ensure clarity at all levels and all functions of company.
  • Improving salesforce performance by aligning behavior to sales and brand strategy through a performance improvement program.
  • Developing additional sources of revenue by identifying and building new customer service behaviors linked to increased customer satisfaction in various settings including retail, hospitality, and financial service operations.
  • Moving a company from a product-focused strategy to a customer-focused strategy to ensure alignment with a Just-in-Time manufacturing and distribution process.
  • Reengineering and standardizing business processes.  Have done so across a multinational retail sales organization as well as a professional sales & service company.
  • Redesigning and aligning HR systems to support execution
    • Set up balanced scorecards and performance measurement and feedback systems for roles and teams at all organization levels.
    • Implementing monetary and non-monetary Reward systems, linked to performance measurement.
    • Develop Training & Development strategy, curriculum, course design, learning material for leaders, managers, and employees.  Deliver training as a trainer, facilitator, or via contracted agents.
    • Performance Coaching leaders, managers, and employees.
    • Setting up Recruitment, Selection, On-boarding programs as well as leading these activities.
  • Building the performance of leadership teams and top leadership group; focusing on the team and group dynamics to improve trust, collaboration, commitment, accountability, while eliminating silo mentalities.
  • Strategic change management
    • HR Transformation across a large international organization having 7 different HR organizations.  Goal: Increase efficiency and quality of delivering HR services.
    • Acquisition Integration, aligning systems and processes, and integrating different business and national cultures.
