My Aspiration

Unleashing people in the workforce to achieve their potential and create value for themselves, their teams, the company, and its customers.  To achieve a state of ‘flow.’  To create the A-ha insights and the change that follows.  ‘So that is what’s really going on!  There is a different way to think about this. There is a better way to move forward and act.  We do have options and they are all better than what we thought we had.  We can do this.’

I’m passionate about building healthy, vital, dynamic companies that generate sustained improvements in their financial, social, and environmental bottom-lines.

These companies will be deeply connected internally and externally, flat networks that value and enable speed, flexibility, innovation, and resiliency.  These companies will recognize they are part of and have a critical role in the health and success of a larger ecosystem consisting of suppliers, customers, environment, and the communities in which they operate.  These companies will be continuously profitable.  And their people will be engaged, fully contributing themselves to create value, and in ‘flow.’
